Camille Olivere joins Globus as chief sales officer

Globus named Camille Olivere chief sales officer, replacing Paula Hayes, who will retire at the end of the year.

Olivere will start Nov. 15 and be responsible for managing all facets of the company’s sales operations, including leading the national sales team for Globus, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon Waterways.

“I look forward to digging in to move the company’s sales strategies forward as the world returns to travel,” Olivere said in a statement.

Globus family of brands CEO Scott Nisbet said, “We look forward to working with Camille to innovate sales strategies while continuing to empower travel advisors, providing them business solutions, effective tools and keen insights to generate revenue as we reignite travel in 2022 and beyond.”

Olivere has held executive leadership positions with Norwegian Cruise Line, DeCurtis Corporation, World Travel Holdings and ClubMed North America over a 20-year career in the travel space.

In June 2020, Olivere left Norwegian Cruise Line, where she had been senior vice president of sales over two stints starting in 2009. She left in 2014, taking positions at Club Med and World Travel Holdings before returning to Norwegian in 2016.

Olivere’s most recent position was with DeCurtis, a provider of cruise industry solutions for indoor environments focusing on health, safety and security.
