Nobu plans to open four new hotels this summer, including
inaugural locations in Chicago; Warsaw, Poland; and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as
well as a second outpost in London.
The 119-room Nobu Hotel Chicago will be situated within the
city’s West Loop.
The Nobu Hotel Warsaw is set to open within a new building
within the city’s historic center. Designed by the Polish architectural firm
Medusa Group, the project will also encompass a neighboring art deco building,
which currently houses the existing Hotel Rialto.
Housed within a 23-story downtown skyscraper, the Nobu Hotel
Riyadh will comprise 119 rooms. It will be home to Saudi Arabia’s first Nobu restaurant.
The Nobu Hotel London Portman Square in the city’s West End will
join Nobu’s existing London hotel in Shoreditch.
Concurrent with its upcoming openings, Nobu Hotels is embarking
on a multimillion-dollar revamp of its 73-room Nobu Hotel Palo Alto in
California’s Silicon Valley. The project will include upgrades of the
property’s façade, guestrooms, reception and arrival area, wellness offerings,
meeting venues and restaurant.
Nobu currently has 10 hotels across the U.S., Europe, Asia
and Mexico.
