HelloGbye announces strategic relationship with Travelport

HelloGbye, an automation solution for travel management companies (TMCs), announced today that it has aligned with Travelport to offer email automation to Travelport’s network of TMCs.

Through this strategic relationship, HelloGbye and Travelport will provide a complete digital itinerary planning solution to Travelport’s corporate TMC customers. The solution uses proprietary technology that leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to generate itinerary recommendations. Regardless of the complexity of the e-mailed travel request, this solution can generate recommendations in less than five minutes. This will significantly reduce corporate agents’ response times and enable them to deliver a better booking experience.

This solution by Hellogbye will be available to Travelport’s TMCs in the Americas in 2020 and in other markets in the future. HelloGbye currently services travel requests in English and is exploring other languages as well.
