Known as one of the most talked-about Sunday brunches in the city, the Easter edition is elevated with a larger than usual spread of Easter favourites spotlighting on premium gourmet stations and masterfully grilled fare. Try the crown roast of lamb with rosemary and oregano, pancetta-wrapped pork roast, brown sugar and mustard glazed Virginia baked ham, pan-fried foie gras, smoked salmon deviled egg, batata harra with quail eggs, four cheese mac & cheese with scallops and signature crabmeat omelette with avocado, just to name a few.

· Raclette cheese station that is part of the dedicated cheese room with over 30 types of seasonal European cheese from Mons, France, complemented with 10 types of assorted thinly-sliced cold cuts on the charcuterie station;
· Carvings of horseradish & herb-roasted Australian black angus beef tomahawk;
