Stride into Hyde this March and April

Stride into Hyde Paradiso during March and April for 49% off food when paired with any drink purchase… and, best of all, this incredible offer has dropped just in time for the Hyde tribe to sample the lively lounge and bar’s exciting new menu and cocktail list.

Hyde Paradiso’s new food menu combines fresh local produce with Mediterranean influences and features a host of small and large dishes, including Fried haloumi chips with rosemary aioli; Watermelon and feta salad with pomegranate; Porcini and truffle risotto with parmesan cheese; and house-made focaccia breads with any of the three dips (hummus and spiced chickpea, salmon & cream cheese, or spiced corn with bacon crumb).

With Hyde’s ‘Stride into Hyde’ deal, these new menu highlights are an absolute steal – working out to be just $6.63 for the haloumi; $8.16 for the watermelon and feta salad; $12.24 for a serve of the risotto; and from just $4.59 for the focaccia and dips.

Hyde Paradiso has also just launched its revamped cocktail menu. All are extremely Instagrammable with bold, bright colours and delivered in true Hyde fashion – who doesn’t want their Paint the Town Pink punch bowl served with sparklers on top?!

Some of the new must-try cocktails include a Salted Coconut Margarita (a tropical spin on a classic drink with blanco tequila, triple sec, coconut syrup, lime juice and coconut water); Purple Lady (infusing tanqueray pea flower gin with triple sec, crème de violette, lemon juice and a dash of peach bitters to add a soothing dose of juiciness); and the Ruby Rose (summer in a glass with Ketel One vodka, AIX rosè, raspberries and hibiscus syrup).

The gorgeous venue, which was designed by the 2012 Australian Fashion Graduate of the Year Carlie Waterman from Studio M.A.C., will also be fully decked out with hanging balloons and fun activations, perfect for those Insta-worthy snaps.

Also, dance into the night with DJs and live music artists playing throughout March and April. Keep an eye of Hyde Paradiso socials for live music announcements.

Opening in the heart of the Gold Coast at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise in March 2019, Hyde Paradiso has made its mark as a fashionable playground for an endless uplifting summer, inspired by moments of paradise. The venue is open all day (Wednesday to Sunday) and evolves into a lively evening lounge and dining experience. It is the place to see and be seen, by the sea, in Surfers Paradise. It also boasts a private ‘Hydeaway Sgroppino Room’ for private events.

If it’s your turn to shout, make sure it happens in March and April. Online bookings only and essential. See you at the bar!
