Majorca is a popular holiday hotspot for Britons and is famed for a its stunning coastline. Zafiro Palace Andratx Hotel serve a lush blue cocktail in their bar, The Zafiro Blue, which is inspired by the “endless shades of blue that characterise the Mallorcan landscape and Zafiro Palace Palmanova, with its kaleidoscope of pools”. The 5 star hotel benefits from a wet bar in which guests can enjoy The Zafiro Blue without leaving the water – for those of us stuck at home, drinking this creamy concoction in a pool is unlikely, but thankfully sipping the drink itself is a possibility.
