Also worth noting: Heather will be 51 in just a few weeks. So, how does Heather look like that at 50? While she’s not really big on sharing her workouts on Instagram, she’s offered up a few tidbits over the years.

For starters, Heather is big on yoga. She told Women’s Health UK in 2013 that she does yoga three times a week, along with 20 minutes of transcendental meditation every day. Btw, she’s really, really into yoga. “For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day,” she told Refinery29. She also said she’s into doing Pilates and dancing.

Sleep is also a huge priority for Heather. She told The Guardian in 2016 that people are usually “horrified” when they hear how much sleep she gets a night, which she says is between nine and 12 hours a night.

Heather eats well, too. She told Refinery29 that she does her best to avoid white flour and refined sugar. “I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better,” she said. “And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour.”

Finally, Heather just seems to enjoy an active lifestyle. She regularly shares pics on Instagram of herself doing things like riding bikes and rollerskating.
