Inside new £37 million Gulliver’s Valley theme park opening in Yorkshire

A new £37million theme park is to open in Yorkshire – and here’s a first look inside.

The Guliver’s Valley theme park, based near the Rother Valley Country Park, will boast 26 rides.

There will also be indoor and outdoor areas, restaurants and dinosaurs!

While the opening date has not been confirmed, it is believed to be no later than the end of July.

Here’s a first look at what will be inside:

Firstly, there’s a fun indoor play area with spinning rides and characters.

It’s the perfect spot for younger kids to enjoy.

There’s also the Tree Top Drop ride – a cute animal themed ride with a gentle drop.

Children who love to clamber around will be thrilled with the climbing walls.

So they can scramble to their hearts content.

Next, we all know a little one who’s obsessed with dinosaurs.

So, luckily, the Lost World section of the park is covered in massive statues of your favourite pre-historic creatures.

Plus, dino-themed rides like the Pterosaur Turmoil will entertain kids for hours.

Perfect for the steaming hot weather, the T-Rex Tower ride offers three water slides to choose from.

And, there’s lots of classic rides to enjoy too – like a children’s carousel.

Plus, a giant swing ride, a ferris wheel and a Ghostly Galleon boat ride.

In the Western World section of the park is the Apache Falls – a rapids style water journey.

The section is set to look like the American West.

If you want to stay over, there’s a castle-themed hotel with 28 family rooms.

Some suites are even Cinderella themed.

Finally, there are two dining areas and kiosks for eating on the go.

Sounds like a lot of fun!

Especially after being stuck inside all Spring.
